Scratch Made, Crispy Chicken Concept Opens in Seminole;

Hosts Grand Opening April 26

TAMPA, Fla. – Sugar Wing, a chef-inspired chicken wing, chicken strip, salad and crispy chicken sandwich concept that offers a unique lineup of 16 dipping sauces, proudly announced the opening of its first brick-and-mortar location in the Seminole City Center. Conveniently located at 7724 113th St, Seminole, FL 33772, this is the brand’s first location in the state with a second to come in Tampa.

Owned and operated by Emfire Brands, the restaurant is gearing up for its grand opening celebration. From 11:00 a.m. ET on Friday, April 26 to Sunday, April 28, guests can choose a selection of entrees with a side of Sugar Wing’s signature dip-em fries and a drink for only five dollars. To add to the excitement, the first 50 people on Saturday, April 27 will receive three free chicken strips paired with their choice of a house-made dipper.

Born from the culinary expertise of the team behind Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque, Sugar Wing is celebrated for its array of elevated naturally raised chicken offerings, including crispy wings, hand-breaded strips, chicken sandwiches and salads, all crafted in-house with the finest ingredients. The 16 different made-from-scratch in-house dippers range from savory and tangy to sweet and spicy with creative flavors like Malt Vinegar Aioli, Cilantro Crema, PB & Jelly and Wasabi Habanero.

Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque developed Sugar Wing as a virtual ghost kitchen concept in 2019 that emerged from the need for a high-quality, original flavor experience in the fast-growing wing market. Filling this void, it first took shape at the West Village Mighty Quinn’s location before expanding to multiple markets in New York and across the river in New Jersey. The concept thrived on third-party delivery platforms, further underlining its potential.
